摘要

通过静载和弯曲疲劳试验对比单掺、复掺不同尺寸玄武岩纤维的混凝土性能差异.基于疲劳试验测试结果,建立弯曲疲劳寿命拟合曲线,并计算混凝土疲劳强度.研究结果表明,多尺度纤维可在混凝土基体内发挥桥联作用,增韧后混凝土平均疲劳寿命提高一个数量级,但相较于无纤维样品流动性下降.

Abstract

Static load and bending fatigue tests are used to compare the performance of concrete with basalt fiber of different sizes.Based on the fatigue test results,the bending fatigue life fitting curve is established and the fatigue strength of concrete is calculated.The results show that the multi-scale fiber can play a bridging role in the concrete matrix,and the average fatigue life of the concrete after toughening is increased by one order of magnitude,but the fluidity of the sample is decreased compared with that of the sample without fiber.
