Taking urban renewal projects of different types in three different countries as examples,the renewal subjects,financing methods and profit status of each case are analyzed.Starting from the renewal subjects,the methods of fund raising and fund balance are analyzed,and the path of building urban growth poles and developing urban new quality productivity is explored by means of urban renewal.In order to provide beneficial reference for our country's urban renewal practice.
