新型建筑工业化产业工人职业技能培养研究

随着建筑业的转型升级,新型建筑工业化技能型产业工人的需求量增大,但现有的建筑产业工人数量和技能无法满足需求.因此,建立有针对性的系统培养体系以应对这一问题至关重要,办法是拓宽新型建筑工业化技能型产业工人的来源渠道,包括将中职、高职教育生源纳入培养范围,并给予政策和资金支持;同时,中职、高职、企业、培训机构应共同参与,制定人才培养计划,构建课程体系,建设实训基地,分层次分阶段进行职业技能教育教学培训.这样,将有助于建立建筑产业现代化人才培养标准体系,从而满足新型建筑工业化发展的需求.
Research on the Training of Professional Skills of Workers in the New Construction Industrialization Industry
With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,there is a high demand for skilled workers in the new building industrialization sector.However,the current number and skills of construction workers are not sufficient to meet this demand.Therefore,it is crucial to establish a targeted systematic training system to address this issue.We should broaden the source channels of skilled workers in the new building industrialization sector,including vocational education students from secondary schools and higher vocational schools as part of the training program,and providing policy and financial support.Vocational schools,enterprises,training institutions,and other stakeholders should collaborate to develop talent training plans,construct curriculum systems,set up training bases,and provide professional skill education and training at dif-ferent levels and stages.This will help establish a modernized talent cultivation standard system for the construction industry,which can meet the needs of the development of new building industrialization.
