Reuse of"Abandoned Buildings":Taking Binjiang Juxin International Building Renovation Project as an Example
With the continuous development of the city,the urbanization process has been basically completed.However,the phenomenon of"abandoned buildings"is not uncommon,which has become a potential factor of social instability and has a negative impact on the city.Therefore,the reuse and reconstruction design of these projects has become an important subject of architectural design.Taking the renovation project of Juxin international building in Binjiang district as an example,on the basis of current situation analysis and market research,this paper uses architectural design techniques to explore the feasibility of the reconstruction and reuse of"abandoned buildings"and the main contradictions that need to be solved in the renovation process.
