摘要
通过刚柔复合结构、预拉伸长安装等创新技术,实现了桥梁伸缩装置的升级迭代.新型桥梁隐形无缝伸缩装置可满足中小桥梁40～160 mm的伸缩或多向变形要求,具有无缝防水、减振降噪、平顺安全、快修快换等显著优势,全年可施工安装或维修更换,降低维修成本,是中小桥梁无缝化处理的最优解决方案之一.
Abstract
In recent years,more and more research has been carried out on the ap-plication of seamless expansion and contraction devices for bridge expansion joints.The new type of invisible seamless expansion and contraction device for bridge has achieved the upgrading and iteration of bridge expansion and contraction devices through innovative technologies such as rigid flexible composite structure and pre tension elongation installation.The new invisible seamless expansion device for bridges can meet the expansion or multi-directional deformation requirements of small and medium-sized bridges ranging from 40mm to 160mm.It has significant advantages such as seamless waterproofing,vibration reduction and noise reduction,smoothness and safety,fast repair and replacement,and can be installed or repaired throughout the year,reducing maintenance costs.It is one of the best solutions for seamless treatment of small and medium-sized bridge beams.
