摘要
宁波鄞州区JD08-D1-1地块(江南公路地段)项目为宁波市第一批保障性租赁住房(市重点工程),在此,结合该项目装配式建造技术的应用,介绍了钢结构装配式(钢板剪力墙、钢框架、陶粒加气混凝土墙板、钢筋桁架楼承板)施工过程中的重难点,并提出合理化施工建议,可供后续钢结构保障性租赁住房项目借鉴.
Abstract
Ningbo Yinzhou District JD08-D1-1 block(Jiangnan Road lot)project is the first batch of affordable rental housing(municipal key project)in Ningbo city.Combined with the application of steel structure assembly technology in this project,the paper describes the key and difficult points in the construction process of steel structure assembly(steel plate shear wall,steel frame,ceramic aerated concrete wall panel),and puts forward reasonable construction suggestions.It can be used as reference for subsequent steel structure prefabricated affordable rental housing projects.
