摘要
在走访调研浙北地区部分区域的农村、小城镇房屋情况的基础上,对既有危旧房屋的分布、特征、历史背景、建筑风格等进行整合汇总,通过分析浙北地区村镇的房屋安全现状及危旧房屋特点和规律,进而探索危旧房屋安全管理策略及思路,以期为相关管理人员提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,the occurrence of safety accidents in dangerous old Buildings in some cities.which have greatly endangered people's lives and property,and also had a great impact on society and economy.The safe use and management of houses has become the focus of people's attention,and the government supervision and management departments are under great pressure.The author conducted a survey on the Building situation and the distribution,characteristics,historical background,and architectural style of dangerous old Buildings in some regions of northern Zhejiang,analyzed the current situation of Building construction and the characteristics and laws of dangerous old Buildings in the region,and explored safety management strategies and ideas for dangerous old Buildings,in order to provide certain reference significance for relevant management personnel.
