Research on Architect Credit Management under the Background of Architect Responsibility System:A Case Study of Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province
Under the architect responsibility system,architects appear in the construction market in the form of team,and credit management is an important starting point to guide their behavior,but there is no precedent in the domestic construction industry.On the basis of finding out the current situation of credit management of main entities in the construction market in Hangzhou,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of credit management of architects in Hangzhou under the background of architect responsibility system by referring to the credit management mode of survey and design enterprises and main persons in charge of projects in relevant cities at home and abroad,and provides ideas for the construction administrative departments to further improve the supporting policies of architect responsibility system projects.
