摘要
随着建筑行业新技术、新材料的广泛应用,无价材料(设备)的定价成为项目建设和结算的一个难题.结合实践经验,对无价材料(设备)定价产生的原因和影响材料(设备)价格的因素进行分析,探讨了无价材料(设备)的询价路径,并根据类似项目的定价流程、部分地区的相关定价要求,提出了无价材料(设备)定价的方式,可供同行业从业者参考.
Abstract
With the wide application of new technologies and new materials in the construction industry,the pricing of priceless materials(equipment)has become a difficult problem in project construction and settlement.Based on practical experience,this paper analyzes the reasons for the pricing of priceless materials(equipment)and the factors that affect the price of materials(equipment),discusses the inquiry path of priceless materials(equipment),and put forward pricing method according to the pricing process of similar projects and the relevant pricing requirements of some regions,which can be referred to the practitioners in the same industry.
