Exploring the Utilization of Under-Bridge Spaces in the Urban-Rural Fringe within the Pursuit of Common Prosperity:A Case Study of the Under-Bridge Space of Fangxiadian Village
This paper explores the effective utilization of under-bridge spaces in suburban areas of Zhejiang Province within the context of common prosperity.Using Fangxiadian Village in Wucheng District,Jinhua City,as an example,this article first analyzes the concept and classification of under-bridge spaces and discusses the challenges encountered in current development and utilization efforts.Through micro-renovation and refined enhancement,the study explores a multifunctional and integrated utiliza-tion model for under-bridge spaces,with"Floriculture+"and"Sports+"as the main design themes,aiming to improve space utilization efficiency and promote local industrial development.Finally,it is proposed that the development of under-bridge spaces should be promoted under the premise of joint consultation and close cooperation among users,managers,and operators,to drive the integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of common prosperity.
