Community operation ability is highly related to the community property rights space it relies on,and the characteristics of domestic community service property rights space of multi-subjects,small scale,and inward-looking do not match with the residents'demand for community public service compounding and quality.Drawing on the experience of more mature operation modes of communities at home and abroad,and taking the construction of future communities(complete communities)in Zhejiang Province as the basis of practical research,we will study the problems and transformation trends of domestic community operation at the present stage,and discuss the spatial organisation modes,financing methods,and paradigms of operation team construction to promote the enhancement of community public services from the perspective of property rights economics,and provide ideas on the efficiency of the overall allocation of public service resources in the city.It also provides a reference for the efficiency of the allocation of public service resources in the city as a whole.
