The single program construction method of"Future Community"lacks control at the level of detailed national spatial planning.Based on the policies and regulations of the future community,we will focus on the breakthrough content of the existing norms and technical requirements for future community construction,and form a future community implementation plan at three levels:control units,blocks,and plots.In the context of national sptial planning,we will promote the integration of control units and the construction of living circles,provide support for the formulation of control plans,and provide a basis for regulatory innovation.
