Reflections on the Provincial Streetscape Improvement Guidelines from the Perspective of Urban Regeneration
As the most important display interface of the cityscape,the street is the urban living room that carries the public life of citizens,and it is also the core carrier of the city's multiculturalism.However,with the advancement of rapid urbanization,a series of problems of urban streets have emerged such as uncontrolled scale,disorderly style,and lack of humanization.This paper takes the Guidelines for the Improvement of Streetscape in Zhejiang Province as an example,combined the spatial dilemma,cognitive dilemma and institutional dilemma in the construction of urban streets in Zhejiang province,it proposes a problem-focused orientation,systematically constructs an action-oriented framework system for style improvement from the perspective of renewal and improvement,and provides technical exploration in spatial planning,implementation and management for the improvement of street space from the aspects of spatial optimization,technical standard innovation and institutional mechanism innovation.
