This article is implementation oriented,summarizing the common problems in urban renewal implementation as the proofreading conditions for the delineation of renewal areas,and providing guidance for the downward transmission of renewal areas at the indicator and implementation levels.Based on the project practice of the urban renewal special plan in Yuyao City,this study explores the method path of implementing standard specifications and balancing interests at the plan-ning level with the renewal area as the starting point,providing effective support for the balance of interests between units within the renewal area,the implementation of public elements,and the orderly promotion of renewal projects,in order to provide useful references for improving the feasibility of urban renewal special plans.
