Exploration of Conservation and Renewal of Residential Historical and Cultural Blocks:Taking Lotus Pond Historical and Cultural Block as an Example
Taking characteristics and problems of residential historical and cultural blocks as the starting point,this paper discusses how to meet the control requirements of historical and cultural blocks themselves and demonstrate their value,while ensuring people's livelihood and meeting residents'urgent needs for high-quality life in the process of protection and renewal.Take Lotus Pond historical and cultural block as an example,this paper expands the protection object,improves the protection level,adheres to the residential function as the leading,and creatively introduces the courtyard unit protection control;In this renewal,the courtyard is classified as the basic unit to carry out index control,the protection requirements are optimized,and the method implementation acts quick.This paper also try to explore the combination of protection requirements and renewal needs under the mode of"resident autonomy and organic renewal"to improve the operability and implementation of protection planning.
