Combined with the project of Enze Medical Center ancillary parking building(normal parking building,epidemic shelter hospital,emergency hospital during natural disasters and large-scale emergencies),the design ideas and conversion suggestions were put forward for the parking building integrated with hospital water supply and drainage,fire fighting,outdoor wastewater treatment and other systems.The facilities and equipment that unable to quickly transition can be used simultaneously in peacetime when the design installed in place that avoid later reformation;and reserving civil construction conditions at ordinary time,can facilitate the rapid transition of the water supply and drainage system from peacetime to the makeshift hospital during the epidemic and wartime.
