This paper introduces the application of PDCA cycle method in improving the quality of pipeline installation in refrigeration room.By analyzing the current situation of pipeline installation in the computer room and finding out the reasons,we set improvement goals,formulate plans and programs according to the primary and secondary reasons,implement plans and do some comparative analysis,and then integrate the summarized experi ence into the next PDCA cycle.
