With the deepening application of BIM technology in large general hospital construction projects in China,mature application models have gradually developed from specific application points and scope to the establishment of application management systems.Among them,the management model led by the construction unit has been applied in large general hospital construction projects and has achieved good results.This article takes the practice of BIM technology in the Shaoxing campus project of Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University as an example,starts from the perspective of BIM and construction project management and technical control,explores the solution of integrating BIM,a new productivity technology,into the entire process of project infrastructure management and improving project technical control capabilities.Application and control points of BIM in hospital architecture are summarized.
