Taking the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example,this paper discusses the application strategies and practical effects of intelligent logistics construction in promot-ing the development of hospital logistics management towards refinement and efficiency.It showcases the practical applications of intelligent logistics in aspects such as energy consumption management,intelligent equipment operation and maintenance and safety management,and one-stop logistics maintenance service platform,as well as the efficient utilization of resources and improvement of service quality achieved through these intelligent tools.Finally,it emphasizes the crucial role of refined logistics management in enhancing the service efficiency of hospitals and innovating logistics management,and proposes the challenges and solutions faced by the construction of intelligent logistics in hospitals.
