Based on the concept of smart hospital,this study investigates the optimization path of the repair service.The repair service of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine,is optimized to enhance the quality of the repair service and increase user satisfaction,further facilitating the construction of smart hospitals and assisting the logistics management personnel in implementing refined and digital management of the hospital's repair service.Herein,the"expert interview method"and the"field investigation method"are adopted to analyze the current situation of the repair service.The service design tool"user journey map"is utilized to design the entire process of the repair service,and the"analytic hierarchy process"is employed to establish the evaluation system of the repair service.Ultimately,a repair service design scheme that meets the requirements is obtained,which holds certain reference significance for the construction of smart hospitals in China.
