Objective To exploring the therapeutic effect of Angong Niuhuang Pill combined with stereotactic puncture in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 40 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from July 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with stereotactic puncture and aspiration,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Angong Niuhuang Pill on the basis.The neurological deficit score(NIHSS),activity of daily living scale(ADL),modified Rankin scale score(mRS)and related complications were compared on the first day and two weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the NHISS score,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NHISS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intracranial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Angong Niuhuang Pill in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage after stereotactic puncture can promote the recovery of neurological function,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the prognosis of patients.
