Objective To use data mining technology to analyze the rules of acupoint selection and compatibility of moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint massage and other acupoint therapies to alleviate postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods The method used a search method of subject words and keywords to collect relevant literature on acupoint therapy for relieving postpartum uterine contractions from PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Biomedical Literature Database,China Traditional Chinese Medicine Database,and VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform until July 2023.Excel software was used to statistically analyze the acupoint prescriptions involved,summarize the types of literature,research subjects,intervention methods,as well as the frequency,distribution,and meridians of acupoint use.Conducted descriptive analysis of acupoint frequency and correlation analysis of acupoint selection rules.Used SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 software to perform association rules and cluster analysis on high-frequency acupoints.Results ① A total of 153 articles were included,182 prescriptions were extracted,involving 42 acupoints,with a total frequency of 576 times.② The top three acupoints with the highest frequency of use were Guan Yuan,Qi Hai,and San Yin Jiao.③ The selected meridian was mainly the Ren meridian.④ The selection of acupoints was mostly in the abdomen and lower limbs.⑤ In terms of acupoint compatibility,Guan Yuan Qi Hai had the highest support.⑥ High frequency acupoints with a frequency of ≥ 20 could be divided into two effective clustering groups.Conclusion Moxibustion is a commonly used method of acupoint therapy to relieve postpartum uterine contractions.There are certain rules in the treatment method and selection of acupoints and meridians.The use of the Ren meridian should be emphasized,and the combination of distant and nearby acupoints should be used to improve clinical efficacy.
