以技师为主导的CICARE沟通模式在冠状动脉CTA中的应用

目的 探讨以技师为主导的CICARE沟通模式在冠状动脉CTA检查中的应用价值.方法 选取2019年1月至3月实施CICARE沟通模式前的159例冠状动脉CTA患者为对照组,2019年5月至2019年7月实施CICARE沟通模式后的168例冠状动脉CTA患者为观察组.比较两组患者焦虑评分和首次检查成功率.结果 观察组首次检查成功率高于对照组,患者焦虑评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在冠状动脉CTA检查中,以技师为主导的CICARE沟通模式能缓解患者的焦虑情绪,有效提高首次检查成功率,值得在临床中推广应用.
Objective To explore the application value of CICARE communication mode dominated by technicians in coronary CTA examination.Methods 159 patients with coronary CTA before the CICARE mode of communication were selected as the control group from January 2019 to March 2019,and 168 patients with coronary CTA after the CICARE mode of communication were selected as the observation group from May 2019 to July 2019.Patient anxiety score and success rate of the first examination were compared between the two groups.Res ults The success rate of the first examination of the observation group were all higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group,all of which were statistically significant.Conclusion In coronary CTA examination,CICARE communication mode led by technicians can relieve patients'anxiety,effectively improve the success rate of the first examination,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
