Objective To observe the clinical effect of pedicle screw rod system in patients with unstable pelvic fracture. Methods 81 patients with unstable pelvic fracture from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=41)and the control group(n=40),the treatment group was treated with pedicle screw and rod system, and the control group was treated with anterior sacroiliac plate internal fixation. The clinical effects, perioperative indexes, vital signs and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure increased in both groups, and the increasing range in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The respiratory rate and heart rate of the two groups were decreased, and the decreased range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The mortality was 4.88%in the observation group and 22.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with plate internal fixation, the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures with pedicle screw rod system is effective, which can reduce the amount of bleeding in the fracture area, stabilize the patients'vital signs and reduce the mortality.
