Objective To investigate the application value of Ultrasound Micro-flow Imaging(MFI)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with cervical lymphadenectasis in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2022 were enrolled in our study, and were took examine with conventional grayscale ultrasound(US)combined with Colour Doppler Flowing Imaging(CDFI),Power Doppler Imaging(PDI),and MFI for differential diagnosis respectively. The diagnostic accuracies of cervical enlarged lymph nodes were analysed. Results One hundred and fourteen enlarged cervical lymph nodes were examined in 114 patients,of which 62 were benign lymph nodes,38 were metastatic lymph nodes, and 14 were lymphoma lymph nodes. The diagnostic accuracies of US combined CDFI,PDI,and MFI were 80.70%,77.19%and 90.35%,respectively,while the diagnostic accuracy of US combined MFI was the highest(both P<0.05).Conclusion MFI can more sensitively display the changes of blood vessels in the lymph nodes and the appearance of abnormal micro-vascular blood flow signals, which can more comprehensively display the blood flow distribution of lymph nodes, thereby improving the sensitivity and accuracy of lymph node diagnosis.
