Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with facial spasm treated by CT-guided percutaneous puncture stylomastoid foramen radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with facial spasm who underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture stylomastoid foramen radiofrequency thermocoagulation were analyzed retrospectively,and the perioperative nursing was summarized.Results 29 cases(90.6%)of facial spasm disappeared completely,3 cases(9.4%)had no visible twitch but the sensation of facial twitch.All patients were followed up for 3 months and the degree of facial paralysis began to decrease in the 2nd month after operation.Conclusion The vast majority of patients after adequate preoperative communication and education,intraoperative key movements with training,perfect preoperative preparation,during the operation,the patients'condition observation,psychological nursing,postoperative diet,body position and nursing of complications all made the facial spasm disappear completely,and the effect is satisfactory.The operation is safe and effective.It is a new effective way to treat facial spasm.
