Objective To study the nursing effect of knowledge, belief and practice intervention in patients after spinal endoscopic surgery under the target strategy mode. Methods The patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The 60 patients received from January 2021 to December 2021 were taken as the control group, and the 60 patients received from January 2022 to December 2022 were taken as the study group. The patients in both groups were given the same treatment method and operation plan, the control group was given routine nursing after operation, and the study group was given knowledge, belief and practice intervention under the mode of conventional nursing+target strategy. The two groups of patients continued to receive continuous care for a total of 3 months after discharge, the self-efficacy scores, anxiety self rating scale(SAS)scores, depression self rating scale(SDS)scores,Japanese Orthopedic Association UOA)scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after care. Results The SAS score and SDS score decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group. The JOA score and self-efficacy score of the two groups of patients after nursing were both increased, and the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores were both reduced, and the research group was lower than the control group. After nursing, the scores of each dimension of quality of life in both groups of patients increased, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group patients was 90.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group patients(75.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge, belief, and behavior intervention under the target strategy mode has good nursing effects in patients after spinal endoscopic surgery, which can effectively reduce anxiety and depression, improve self-efficacy,lumbar function, and quality of life of patients, and have high nursing satisfaction, which has clinical application value.
