Objective To explore the clinical advantages of applying rapid rehabilitation nursing concept and technology to patients undergoing orthopaedic day surgery.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 112 orthopaedic day surgery patients who chose rapid rehabilitation technology nursing in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 1,2020 and 95 routine nursing inpatients in the same period.The nursing satisfaction and related evaluation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the patients in the observation group were improved,and the difference between the groups was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for orthopaedic day operation patients can effectively reduce the length of stay,reduce the cost of hospitalization,facilitate the control of medical expenses and improve the efficiency of medical institutions.
