Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipid and C-reactive protein(CRP)in female patients with schizophrenia after aerobic combined resistance training. Methods All the samples in this study were selected from female patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2021.A total of 200 cases were selected and divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(100 cases)with the same number of cases(random number table method).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were given aerobic combined resistance training nursing, and both groups were nursing for 6 months. The indicators were compared. Results Compared with before nursing, the total score of PANSS,SAPS,SANS,general psychopathological symptom score, body weight,BMI,serum TC,TG,HDL and CRP levels of the two groups decreased after nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group.Serum LDL levels increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups during nursing was lower in the former than in the latter, the statistical results showed that there were significant differences in the above data(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of aerobic combined resistance training in female schizophrenia patients can reduce the severity of the disease, regulate the levels of blood lipids and CRP,reduce weight,to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and further reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
