Objective To investigate the current status of ehealth literacy and its influencing factors in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 366 elderly patients with COPD in a hospital in Ningbo from June 2020 to December 2021.The self-made general information questionnaire and ehealth literacy scale were used for investigation and analysis.Results The score of ehealth information literacy in elderly patients with COPD was(19.74±5.13).Age,marital status,education level,frequency of Internet use and experience of using health-related applications were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The ehealth literacy score of elderly patients with COPD is low.It is suggested to enhance the e-health literacy level of elderly patients with COPD by strengthening family and peer support,enriching age-friendly health information resources,improving e-use skills,increasing the frequency of Internet use,and creating a good Internet environment.
