Objective To analyze the CT imaging features of lung Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma, and to improve the understanding of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis. Methods CT imaging data of pathologically confirmed lung MALT lymphoma in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 9 patients, there were 5 cases of nodule and mass type,2 cases of pneumonia and alveolar type, and 2 cases of mixed type.Air bronchial sign occurred in 7 cases, angiography sign in 6 cases, halo sign in 5 cases and translobar sign in 2 cases. Conclusion The clinical and CT manifestations of lung MALT lymphoma are varied. In daily work, elderly patients with mild clinical symptoms and poor anti-inflammatory treatment effect, air bronchial sign, angiographic sign, halo sign, cross lobe sign, and mild and moderate lesion enhancement appear on the images, which highly suggest the possibility of this disease.
