Objective To establish the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)prediction formula for the population who are contraindicated for pulmonary ventilation examination,so as to estimate the predicted value of FEV1 in this population. Methods 1273 patients in the experimental group were collected retrospectively.375 patients in the verification group were collected prospectively.Basic data were collected,FEV1 value of pulmonary function was measured and R5 value of respiratory resistance was measured by forced oscillation technique(FOT).Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between physiological factors and FEV1 in the experimental group.Multiple linear regression analysis and prediction equation were established. The paired T-test examined the difference between the true and predicted FEV1 values of the verification group. Results FEV1 had no model correlation with body weight, positive correlation with height, negative correlation with age,and negative correlation with R5.Modeling and verification:height, age and R5 are included. There was no statistical difference between the actual value and the predicted value in the verification sample, and the correlation between the two values of the verification sample was good. Conclusion There is no statistical difference between the real value of FEV1 and the predicted value in the study population, indicating that the model has good accuracy and is suitable for clinical use.
