Objective To investigate the effect of CK-MB index on the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods From January 2022 to November 2022,420 patients with traumatic brain injury diagnosed and treated in Shaoxing People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Based on the determined prognosis, the individuals were divided into two distinct groups. The first group, consisting of 333 cases, was classified as having a good prognosis. The second group, comprising 87 cases, was categorized as having a poor prognosis.Serum samples CK-MB were collected and compared.Logistic regression analysis,a statistical model, was utilized to examine the various factors that contribute to a poor prognosis. To evaluate the predictive capability of the biomarker CK-MB in identifying poor prognosis,we employed the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis. Results CK-MB in poor prognosis group was significantly higher than that in good prognosis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that CK-MB was significantly associated with poor prognosis in patients with craniocerebral injury(P<0.05),OR value:1.017,95%CI:1.003-1.031;ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of CK-MB in predicting poor prognosis was 0.773,and by the analysis, the sensitivity of CK-MB in predicting poor prognosis was found to be 60.9%,and the specificity to be 88.6%.Conclusion CK-MB is related to prognosis and is independent risk factors, predicting the prognosis of traumatic brain injury patients.
