目的 探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗急性肾小球肾炎(AGN)的临床疗效.方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库搜集麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗AGN的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为2010年1月至2022年12月,利用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析.结果 结果显示,麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗AGN临床总有效率优于常规治疗(OR=8.03,95%CI:4.14～15.57);麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗较常规治疗更能降低AGN患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平;麻黄连翘赤小豆汤在改善血压、减轻水肿、缓解血尿、改善蛋白尿等方面均优于常规治疗.结论 麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗AGN可改善肾功能,提高临床疗效,但尚需更多高质量随机对照试验进一步论证.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang in treating acute glomerulonephritis(AGN)through meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang treating for AGN were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP Database from January 2010 to December 2022.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results Compared with conventional therapy alone,Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang showed higher total effective rate,greater reduction in 24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.It also showed better effects in lowering blood pressure,relieving edema,alleviating hematuria and improving proteinuria compared to conventional therapy alone.Conclusion Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang is effective for improving renal function and treating AGN,but more high-quality RCTs are still needed to further analyze and validate its efficacy.
