Objective To summarize the imaging features of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.Methods CT and DR imaging data of 5 patients with clinical and pathological confirmed nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome in our hospital from April 2010 to July 2020 were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the 5 patients with cyst of jaw.CT showed had multiple strip and beaded calcifications of tentorium cerebellum and falx cerebri in 4 cases.Four cases with pathological confirmed skin basal cell carcinoma in facial skin.One case with skeletal deformities such as forked rib and hallux valgus.Conclusion Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome have some distinctive Image representation and clinical characteristics.Mastering the diagnostic points can reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
