Objective To explore the influence factors of dyadic relationship and reduce psychological burden in patients undergoing radical cystectomy.Methods We selected 137 patients undergoing radical cystectomy at the Department of Urology of a hospital in Zhejiang province from January 2020 to December 2021.We used the general information questionnaire,Dyadic Coping Inventory(DCI),Social Support Rating Scale,and Stoma-QOL to investigate each patient.Results The DCI score was(105.23±16.00).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that urinary diversion type,stoma time,self-care ability,social support,and life quality were the influence factors of dyadic relationship in patients undergoing urinary diversion after radical cystectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of dyadic relationship needs to be improved.Patients with ureteral dermostomy,short stoma time,low level of self-care ability,low level of social support and poor life quality had poor dyadic relationship.It is suggested to formulate effective measures and intervene timely.
