Objective To identify the influencing factors of nosocomial pulmonary infection in patients with advanced heart failure and to evaluate the diagnostic value of these influencing factors. Methods The study included 485 patients with advanced heart failure who were grouped according to whether they developed lung infection during admission.General clinical data, laboratory and imaging results were collected during admission.Baseline data were compared between the two groups.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the influencing factors of pulmonary infection in patients with advanced heart failure, and ROC curve was used to evaluate its diagnostic value. Conclusion BNP and NYHA levels increased and HDL-C and LVEF levels decreased in patients with heart failure with lung infection compared with patients without lung infection(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that HDL-C,LVEF,BNP and NYHA were independent influencing factors of nosocomial pulmonary infection in patients with advanced heart failure.ROC curve showed that combined HDL-C,LVEF,BNP and NYHA had certain diagnostic value in the occurrence of nososoial pulmonary infection in patients with advanced heart failure(P<0.001).Conclusion HDL-C,LVEF,BNP and NYHA are independent factors of pulmonary infection in patients with advanced heart failure.
