胃宁散治疗慢性胃炎脾胃气虚证的疗效观察

目的 观察胃宁散治疗慢性胃炎(CG)脾胃气虚证的疗效.方法 选取CG脾胃气虚证患者96例,随机分为观察组(48例)与对照组(48例).观察组予胃宁散治疗,对照组予雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,疗程均为4周,比较两组疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组中医症候疗效(95.7%)优于对照组(83.0%)(P<0.05),观察组症状积分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组胃镜病理组织学疗效有效率(84.8%)高于对照组(63.8%),且观察组病理组织学疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组胃黏膜损伤指标G17、PGI及PGR较治疗前均有所升高,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胃宁散是治疗CG脾胃气虚证的安全有效方剂,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of WeiNing powder in treating chronic gastritis(CG)of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods 96 cases of CG spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).The observation group was treated with WeiNing powder,while the control group was treated with rabeprazole and mosapride.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the observation group(95.7%)was better than that in the control group(83.0%)(P<0.05),and the symptom integral in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate(84.8%)in the observation group was higher than that(63.8%)in the control group,and the effect of the Observation Group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).G17,PGI and PGR were increased after treatment in both groups,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion WeiNing powder is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency syndrome of CG,which is worthy of clinical application.
