Objective To observe the clinical effect of hot compress combined with medium frequency target drug introduction in the treatment of diabetic patients with neurogenic bladder and kidney Yang deficiency. Methods 60 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received basic treatment+oral mecobalamin tablet 0.5 mg,three times a day(30 cases),and the treatment group received basic treatment+oral mecobalamin tablet+hot pack combined with medium frequency target drug injection(30 cases),the treatment time was 1 month.Blood glucose levels were measured, clinical symptoms and signs were assessed,TCM syndrome score was assessed, and quality of life score was evaluated.Residual urine volume of bladder was detected by ultrasound, and efficacy was compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,which was better than that of the control group(53.3%,P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score and bladder residual urine volume were improved in both groups(P<0.05),but the improvement of TCM syndrome score and bladder residual urine volume in the treatment group was significantly better than another group(P<0.01).The three-dimension score and total score of the quality-of-life questionnaire in the treatment group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot compress combined with intermediate frequency target drug delivery can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder, significantly reduce the bladder residual urine volume, and improve the quality of life of patients, improve the overall effectiveness of clinical treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
