Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal breathing training combined with massage on patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 90 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the control group,group A(drug therapy combined with massage therapy)and group B(drug therapy combined with abdominal breathing training on the basis of drug therapy and massage therapy),with 30 subjects in each group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of each group was assessed.Results The IBS-SSS scores and HAD scores in groups A and B improved compared with medication alone,and showed a statistically significant increase(P<0.05).The overall response rate of group B and IBS-QOL scores were better than the other two groups,and the IBS-SSS scores and HAD scores decreased compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal breathing training combined with massage in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
