Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused intervention model combined with early nutritional support in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 100 elderly patients with hip fracture(without mental disorders)from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention in perioperative period,while the observation group was given focused solution mode combined with early nutrition support on the basis of routine nursing in perioperative period.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,nutritional index,psychological score,sleep quality and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total compliance rate was higher in the observation group and the pain score was lower in the observation group on the 3rd day after operation.And after nursing,the observation group hemoglobin,albumin are higher.The scores of psychological and sleep qualities in the observation group were lower,the scores of four dimensions of life quality in the observation group were higher,and the total satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture,solution-focused model combined with early nutritional support intervention can enhance patient compliance and improve their nutritional status,and eliminate patients with psychological bad mood.It can improve the night sleep and quality of life.
