Objective To investigate the curative effect of Huangqi Decoction combined with GSH in the treatment of acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods 100 patients with AKI were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with GSH,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese herbal Astragalus decoction orally on the basis of control group.Before the treatment,7 d and 14 d after treatment,the serum SUA,Scr,BUN,eGFR,and urinary TIMP-2 and IGFBP7 levels were detected,and the disease control time,hospitalization time,polyuric phase time,oliguric phase time,Scr recovery time,adverse reactions and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results On 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the differences in serum SUA,Scr,BUN,eGFR and urinary TIMP-2 and IGFBP7 levels between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of total effective rate,disease control time,hospitalization time,polyuria period time,oliguria period time and Scr recovery time(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of adverse reaction rate and 28 d mortality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi decoction combined with GSH in the treatment of AKI can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the serum levels of SUA,Scr,BUN and urinary TIMP-2 and IGFBP7,and protect renal function without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
