Objective To study the clinical observation of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Stable Coronary Heart Disease Based on the Theory of Qi Movement Upregulation. Methods Sixty patients with Stable coronary heart disease were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups that contains a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group's treatment. The angina score, myocardial oxygen consumption, electrocardiogram treatment and angina treatment efficiency were compared, the quality of life, and the levels of hs-CRP,NO,Hcy and ET-1 between the two groups were evaluated. Results The differences in the scores of angina pectoris, myocardial oxygen consumption,hs-CRP,Hcy,ET-1,and the scores of PL,AS,AF and TS were statistically significant when compared between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment, the differences in the scores of angina pectoris,hs-CRP,Hcy,ET-1,the scores of PL,AS,AF and TS and the effective rate of ECG improvement and angina pectoris were statistically significant when compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction can relieve angina pectoris in patients with stable coronary heart disease, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, improve the efficacy of electrocardiogram, improve the quality of life of patients,a nd promote the recovery of endothelial function.
