目的 基于Web of Science数据库核心合集数据库中突发性聋相关文献，分析2012-2022年突发性聋(SSNHL)的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法 检索Web of Science中相关文献，采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对文献发表时间、国家、作者、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 2012-2022年期间，在Web of Science数据库中共检索到突发性聋相关文献1，436篇，发文量总体呈波动上升趋势，其中以2021年数量最高。发文量以中国最多，其次是美国;以综合性大学发表文献为主，发表论文最多的国内研究机构是台北医学大学。OTOLOGY NEUROTOLOGY是载文量最多的期刊(共发表126篇相关文献)。论文中出现较多的关键词为耳聋、治疗、内耳等。此外，耳鸣、预后等高频词也揭示SSNHL的热点问题和未来方向。结论 近十年来，突发性聋的相关研究已受到国内外学者的普遍关注，正处于发展阶段。可视化分析可提供重要的研究参考及未来的学科发展方向，便于科研人员更好的学术交流和通力合作。
Objective To study the research status,research hotspots and development trends in the field of sudden deafness based on the articles related to sudden sensorineural hearing loss during 2012-2022 in Web of Science core collection database.Methods CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to visually analyze the publication time,country,author and keywords of SSNHL relevant literature in Web of Science.Results A total of 1436 related articles were retrieved from the web of science database during 2012-2022.The number of articles published on sudden sensorineural hearing loss showed a fluctuating and increasing trend,with the highest number of articles published in 2021.China(including Taiwan)had the largest number of published articles,followed by the United States.The majority of papers were published by comprehensive universities,among which Taipei Medical University has the largest number of published articles in China.OTOLOGY NEUROTOLOGY was the journal with the largest number of SSNHL related articles(totally 126).The most keywords in the paper were deafness,treatment,inner ear,etc.In addition,new high-frequency words such as tinnitus and prognosis also revealed the hotspots and future development trends of SSNHL.Conclusion In the resent ten years,the research of sudden sensorineural hearing loss is in a stage of rapid development,and has been widely concerned by scholars all over the world.Visual analysis can provide important research reference and guidance on the development of SSNHL in future.
