Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia(PASH)of the breast. Methods From June 2017 to August 2023,patients pathologically diagnosed with breast PASH in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with complete clinical, imaging and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasound characteristics of the masses were observed and summarized. Results 49 lesions were detected by ultrasound in 41 patients with PASH,mean maximum length 30.62 mm,including 42 nodular lesions,6 hypoechoic focal lesions, and 2 diffuse lesions.Among them,23 lesions showed slit-like echo in the mass, and 11 lesions showed blood flow signals by color Doppler.Grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ.Postoperative pathology showed 3 lesions of simple PASH,4 lesions of breast hyperplasia combined with PASH,16 lesions of breast fibroepithelial tumor(mainly)combined with PASH,1 lesion of breast chronic inflammation combined with PASH,and 26 lesions of breast multiple lesions combined with PASH.Conclusion PASH ultrasound images have diverse manifestations and are often associated with other breast lesions, making them difficult to diagnose.Differential diagnosis should be done well in clinical work.
