Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Eight sections of brocade exercises for rehabilitation exercise in lung cancer patients with lung Qi deficiency after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer with lung Qi deficiency requiring chemotherapy treated in Quzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation exercise after chemotherapy for lung cancer patients with lung Qi deficiency by breathing with reduced lips.The study group added Eight sections of brocade exercises intervention rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,activity ability,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed.Results The TCM symptom scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).The 6-min walking distance,Frankl scale score and KPS score of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Eight sections of brocade exercises in lung cancer patients with lung Qi deficiency after chemotherapy rehabilitation exercise,the clinical effect is good.It not only alleviates the TCM symptoms of lung cancer patients with lung-qi deficiency,but also increases the activity ability of patients,improves the treatment compliance of patients,and improves the quality of life of patients.
