Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal moist-heat therapy combined with ultrasonic drug penetration in improving fatigue in patients with Yang-deficiency water-generalized heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with yang-deficiency hydrogenic heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were collected.According to random number method,the patients were divided into intervention group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group received conventional treatment,and the intervention group was treated with Chinese herbal moist-heat therapy combined with ultrasonic drug penetration for 7 days.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 70.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome of fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of brief fatigue scale was lower than that in the control group,and the score of daily activity ability was higher,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal moist-heat therapy combined with ultrasonic drug penetration can alleviate fatigue symptoms and improve the daily activity ability of patients with heart failure.
