Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness music training combined with acupoint massage on negative emotion and fatigue in patients with dysphagia after stroke(PSD).Methods 120 cases of PSD patients were selected from April 2020 to August 2022 and were divided into the control and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with swallowing training and cognitive nursing.Based on the control group, the observation group were treated with mindfulness music training combined with acupoint massage. The Hamilton anxiety and depression scale(HAMA,HAMD)scores, fatigue severity scale(FSS)scores, training compliance and water swallow test(WST)grading were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of HAMA,HAMD and FSS in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The training compliance rate of the study group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 84.21%of the conventional group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in WST classification between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness music training combined with acupoint massage can effectively regulate negative emotions, improve fatigue and improve functional training compliance of PSD patients, but the improvement of swallowing function is similar to that of conventional intervention.
