Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of nasogastric tube and nasointestinal tube feeding on the incidence of enteral nutrition complications in stroke patients in China.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database were systematically searched to include studies on the effects of nasogastric tube and nasointestinal tube feeding on the incidence of enteral nutrition complications in stroke patients.The data of 24 selected researches was combined with Review Manager 5.3,the weighted mean difference and 95%CI of the value of the combined effects were calculated.Results Through meta-analysis,the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,regurgitation,aspi ration,vomiting,gastric retention,abdominal distension and diarrhea in stroke patients with nasogastric feeding was significantly lower than that of nasogastric feeding.There was no obvious publication bias in the 24 included articles.Conclusion Compared with nasogastric tube feeding,nasointestinal tube feeding can effectively reduce the incidence of various complications in stroke patients.Nasointestinal tube feeding is the preferred scheme for enteral nutrition support in stroke patients.
