Objective To study on the therapeutic effect of wrist joint robot combined with local vibration on wrist joint spasms after stroke. Methods 90 stroke patients with wrist spasms from January 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the wrist joint robot combined with local vibration group(Group A),the local vibration group(Group B),and the conventional treatment group(Group C)using a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the wrist active joint range of motion(AROM),modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Fugl Meyer evaluation scale(FMA),and modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared among three groups of patients before and after the treatment. Results Three groups of patients after treatment AROM,Ashworth,FMA and MBI comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of Group A was significantly better than that of Group B and Group C and the efficacy of Group B was better than that of Group C.Conclusion The use of wrist joint robots combined with local vibration to intervene in patients with wrist joint spasms after stroke can significantly reduce the degree of spasms in the patient's wrist joint and improve the mobility of the wrist joint.
